Lebanon Hospital Foundation Welcomes New Executive Director October 8, 2019 Brandy O’Bannon is the new executive director of the Lebanon Community Hospital Foundation and joins the Samaritan team with 20 years of experience in non-profit administration and fundraising. For the past six years, O’Bannon served as the senior resource development director for Family Building Blocks, the relief nursery for Marion and Polk counties. At Family Building Blocks, she was responsible for major gift cultivation and solicitation, grant writing and managing a team. Under her leadership the organization saw a significant increase in private foundation revenue and monthly giving. Prior to Family Building Blocks, O’Bannon served as development director of a private middle and high school for 12 years. She actively volunteers in the community and is a past president of Mid-Valley Development Professionals. O’Bannon is a recipient of the prestigious Gerald E.
