On-site personnel to conduct fitness classes, such as Zumba, yoga or circuit training with your employees.
Discounted or complimentary memberships to SamFit fitness facilities to your workforce.
An on-site health coach to meet with staff members either individually or in a group setting.
Nutrition classes held by a registered dietitian, ranging from 30-minutes to an hour for a group or as one-on-one appointments.
Wellness culture assessment of your organization and help with development of a strategy to implement a comprehensive wellness program.
Occupational medicine services at your site or at one of our occupational medicine clinics.
On-site medical care with trained medical professionals at your site or through virtual visits.
