Albany General Hospital Foundation Memorial Tree

The giving tree at Samaritan Albany General Hospital.

Like the roots of a tree, the memories of our loved ones run deep and sustain us. Likewise, its branches and leaves both protect us from the elements and offer beauty in times of sadness.

The Memorial Tree of Life, located at the Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House, is a meaningful way to honor the memory of a loved one by placing their name on a leaf. Donations are contributed to the Carter Hospice House Endowment. The Endowment provides perpetual financial support for the Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House to include, but not limited to, program enhancement, patient care and financial assistance for patients, building and grounds maintenance.

Use the button below to add leaves to the tree. On the donation form, please select one of the following options to make your gift:

$250 – Small leaf.

$500 – Large leaf on top branches.

$1,000 Large leaf on lower branches.

In the Comment Box, please note “Memorial Tree.” Select the Ken and Lorraine Carter Hospice House Endowment fund from the Gift Designation drop-down and indicate “This is an honor or memorial gift.”
