If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, pre-diabetes or are interested in learning more about healthy living, we can help you get on the right track.  

Our team includes nurses and dietitians with special training and certification in diabetes care. They will listen and provide guidance based on your needs and goals.

Diabetes Education Offers:

• Counseling for diabetes management.
• Continuous glucose monitoring to help assess blood sugar patterns and guide treatment.
• Medication management, working with your doctor to adjust diabetes medications to improve blood sugar control.
• Training in insulin pump therapy – our certified pump trainers can work with you to be successful at wearing and managing your insulin pump.
• Helping you set goals for changing behavior to improve health.

What You Should Bring to Your Diabetes Education Appointment:

• List of herbs or supplements you may be taking.
• Blood glucose meter.
• Food or blood-sugar logs you may have.
