If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, pre-diabetes or are interested in learning more about healthy living, we can help you get on the right track.

Our team of professionals includes nurses and certified diabetes educators who listen and provide guidance based on your wants and needs.

Our services

One-on-one counseling – diabetes and/or nutrition
Foot clinic with services including toenail trimming and debridement, for people diagnosed with diabetes
Metabolic testing
Insulin pump therapy
Community education

Diabetes Self-Management*: Three-week class
Diabetes Prevention: Year long course, registration required
Diabetes Support Group: Meets monthly, registration encouraged
Type 2 Diabetes: Three-week class
Diabetes Education en Español: Bi-monthly class
