Our Services* One-on-one counseling and education covering diabetes, diabetes prevention and/or nutrition therapy for diabetes, kidney disease, weight loss, eating disorders and sports nutrition. Foot clinic with services including toenail trimming and callus and nail debridement, for people diagnosed with diabetes. Continuous glucose monitoring to help assess for high and low blood sugar patterns and guide treatment. Medication management, working with your doctor to adjust diabetes medications to improve blood sugar control. Helping you set goals for changing behavior to improve health. This may include referrals to other specialists in behavioral health. Training in Insulin Pump therapy – our certified pump trainers can work with you to be successful at wearing and managing your insulin pump. Our Classes We also encourage you to participate in our classes including: Diabetes Self-Management: Three-week class.* Type 1 Social Hour: A free meeting for people with type 1 diabetes, to meet and talk about common concerns and share support. *A referral is required for these services and classes.
