Tania May, PMHNP

Tania is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She combines psychotherapy and strategies of self-care and prescribes medications when indicated. She loves working with patients who present with a wide variety of concerns.

Prior to her specialty training, Tania practiced as a registered nurse for 27 years with 15 of those years in acute mental health care. Her other areas of practice included oncology, pediatrics and cardiac care.

In her free time, Tania enjoys reading, biking, weight training, Tae Kwon Do, and spending time with her family and pets.
