Join us for Dying to Know, a free community event designed to help individuals and families navigate important conversations about end-of-life care, planning and support. This educational event will feature presentations from experts in hospice and palliative care, death investigation, and end-of-life doula services, along with opportunities to learn about advance directives and discuss end-of-life topics in a supportive setting.
