Cancer Resources Available Locally January 27, 2026 If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with cancer, Samaritan Cancer Resource Center, located in Corvallis and Albany, offers information and the support you deserve. You can also connect with the Cancer Resource team when they travel to Lebanon, Lincoln City and Newport. Samaritan Cancer Resource Center partners with anyone touched by cancer to provide the support they need to live with strength, determination and hope into the future. Resources include but are not limited to: Wigs and head coverings (by appointment, 24-hours advance notice requested) Support groups (in person and online) Financial assistance Nutrition services Social work Transportation assistance The team travels to the following locations: Lebanon: First Tuesday and Third Wednesday of the month, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, near the hematology and oncology clinic, back entrance of the hospital. Lincoln City: Fourth Friday of the month, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital, 3043 NE 28th St., in the Education Conference Room by the cafeteria. Newport: Second Thursday of the month, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Samaritan Center for Health Education, 740 SW Ninth St., directly west of Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital.
