Home Careers & Education Student Services Job Shadow – Not for Academic Credit Student Interview Application Form
Are you curious about what it’s like to work in health care? Our organization offers informational interviews for high school and college students who want to learn more about the wide variety of roles in the health care field.
An informational interview is a brief, structured conversation with a healthcare professional. It’s a chance to ask questions, hear personal career stories, and gain insight into what different jobs are really like—from nursing and lab work to administration and IT.
Informational interviews are designed for students who are exploring career options and want to learn more about healthcare roles. You do not need prior experience or a formal program affiliation to participate.
Informational interviews are not job shadowing experiences, clinical rotations, or hands-on training opportunities. They do not fulfill academic or licensing requirements. If you need shadowing or clinical experience for school or certification, please contact your academic institution or Student Services for guidance.
Please contact Student Services ([email protected]) if you have any questions!
Please review the Applicant Agreement Waiver, complete the form below and we will work to match you with a job shadowing position. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request; however, placement cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: Informational interviews cannot exceed 30 mins, whether in-person or over the phone.
