Grief Education & Support Group

Grief Education and Support Group is a free 8-week course that will give you the chance to meet with a small group of people who are also learning how to go on living after the death of someone they love.

All course dates:

• Sept 4.
• Sept. 11.
• Sept. 18.
• Sept. 25.
• Oct. 2.
• Oct. 9.
• Oct. 16.
• Oct. 23.

Each session includes information on a particular aspect of grief, and suggestions on how to cope with the things people often experience after the death of a loved one.

There will be time to talk about your experiences in a confidential, supportive setting, and hear how other people cope with the changes in their lives after someone they love dies.
