What’s Your ‘Steak’ in Diabetes Meal Planning?

This spring, the diabetes educators at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital will offer free, in-person discussion on a variety of diabetes-specific topics. All interested people are invited to attend.

The sessions will be held on the fourth Tuesday of the month, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the Center for Health Education. Planned discussion topics are:

  • Tuesday, March 28 – Diabetes: What’s your “steak” in meal planning?
  • Tuesday, April 25 – Diabetes technology night: pumps, sensors, meters, and exotic medications.
  • Tuesday, May 30 – Traveling with diabetes: What you should know before heading out.
