Samaritan Evergreen Hospice serves patients in Benton, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk and Tillamook counties. Services are available in the comfort of your home, or at Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House in Albany. Nursing support is available by phone 24/7.
