SUMMARY:Transformation Cancer Support Group
DESCRIPTION:The Transformation Cancer Support Group is an 8-week course. Participants will learn mind-body concepts and self-care techniques that have been scientifically proven to enhance quality of life\, build resilience and increase personal well-being during their cancer journey. \nThese techniques empower participants to experience increased well-being\, control and hope in their lives in a safe\, respectful and confidential small group setting. \nWeekly meeting times are Wednesdays\, 1 to 3 p.m. \nAll course dates include: \n\nJan. 21\nJan. 28\nFeb. 4\nFeb. 11\nFeb. 18\nFeb. 25\nMarch 4\nMarch 11\n\nParticipants must be able to use the Zoom virtual meeting platform. \nClass size is limited and registration is required.
