SUMMARY:Transformation Cancer Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Participants will learn about mind-body concepts and self-care techniques that have been scientifically proven to enhance quality of life\, build resilience and increase personal well-being during their cancer journey. \nThese techniques empower participants to experience increased well-being\, control and hope in their lives in a safe\, respectful and confidential small group setting. \nThis series will take place on Wednesdays from Sept. 9 to Nov. 4. \nParticipants must be able to use the Zoom virtual meeting platform. \nClass size is limited and registration is required.
