DESCRIPTION:Learn practical strategies for managing diabetes in this class led by the Diabetes Educators at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital. This two-day class provides 8 hours of learning and follow-up support to help you manage diabetes with confidence. Topics go beyond nutrition to include blood sugar management\, safe physical activity\, meal routines\, and stress management to reduce complications. \nWhen: Monday\, June 15 and Monday\, June 22 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.\nWhere: Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in conference rooms 1 & 2 \nNote: A referral from a primary care provider is required. Ask your primary care provider for a referral.
